Formed in 2004, McCauley Daye O’Connell Architects Ltd has already established itself as one of the country’s foremost architectural practices.   We create innovative, energy-efficient, sustainable and commercially viable designs through close collaboration with our clients and consultants.

 

We believe good design optimises the potential of the client brief by embracing the functional, technical, physical and economic parameters of each site to deliver well-resolved, contemporary design solutions.

 

Our current portfolio comprises of a number of large commercial developments including a 200+ unit residential development in Ashtown, a 10 acre masterplanning PPP development in Inchicore and a 293 unit residential development in Citywest. In addition to these developments, we are working on a number of exciting one-off projects including the expansion of the VHI headquarters in Abbey Street.  Currently under construction is the Adelphi Centre in Dun Laoghaire, a phased project of refurbishment and renovation to include state of the art retail & office space and luxury duplex penthouse apartments.

 

We are working in collaboration with renowned international architects Aires Mateus of Portugal on a spectacular 5* Hotel and with Architekt Daniel Libeskind and a landmark 2000 seat Theatre, Office & Residential development, in the Dublin Docklands.
