Work started on site at the end of May 08. The site was cleared and a 70x70m hole dug for the lower ground floor 750mm deep slab which is 50% complete. Work has begun to the perimeter concrete retaining walls which are to a good (type C) finish as they will be exposed on the inner face and finished in Dalkey granite on the outer face. The concrete walls to the rear offices are almost complete to ground floor slab level. You can see from the photos the formwork being prepared for the first pour of the four walls at 45 degree angles.
