Anne’s Lane offices located in the heart of Dublin city, comprised of the conversion of the original office block to a Bookmakers and Gentleman’s club for the Sporting Emporium, a Dermot Desmond company. The nature of the project involved a fast track programme which included a revised architectural design to the front entrance and terrace areas and the management and implementation of internal fit out works.
