On the Grand Canal Theatre site are two galleria buildings with retail and commercial office space, designed by McCauley Daye O'Connell Architects, the buildings offer cafes, restaurants and shops with open courtyards. The theatre is integrated into a commercial building complex, including 35 000 sq.m of leasable office and retail space. With their twin facades, glazed courtyards and landscaped roofs, the two office blocks offer sustainable, state of the art work environments. Three representative entrances make the buildings accessible from Grand Canal Square, from Misery Hill and from Cardiff Lane.
