Arranmore Progress

Arranmore is approaching completion with final touches occurring across the site and we are delighted with how it is coming together. Once complete, it will create an attractive, sustainable, high quality development consisting of 32 apartments, 9 houses and 8 duplexes, with car parking and bike storage facilities.


The A-rated units have optimal orientation for maximising solar gain and therefore reducing the use of artificial lighting. Public and private amenity spaces were designed in a way that encourages neighbourhood integration and can be enjoyed by the wider community.
