Planning permission secured for the construction of residential development in Citywest, Dublin.
The proposed development comprises of 463 no. dwellings consisting of 89 no. houses, 21 no. duplex units and 353 no. apartments, including public and active open space and landscaping, access, drainage infrastructure and parking on a 7.4 hectare greenfield site. A crèche and community building are also proposed.
