Martin Spillane, director at MDO Architects, brings extensive experience in leading large projects from concept to on-site execution. His experience spans across corporate workplace and luxury hospitality.

On workplace he partners with global brands such as Pfizer, MSD, Pepsico, RBC, Gilead, RCSI, VHI and Veritas to develop award-winning and innovative designs that reflect the evolving nature of work. By balancing creativity with a pragmatic attitude to delivery, projects under his leadership achieve excellence in programme and budgetary targets.

Martin guides the 5* luxury hotel sector within MDO, with particular strengths in reimagining and repositioning existing hotels and resorts. Developing new masterplans, guest facilities, conceptualising food & beverage offerings are all parts of his skillset, along with progressing overall design development. Martin also brings a focus on fostering collaboration between clients, design teams, and site personnel.
