Location: No. 2 Grand Canal Square
Client: Chartered Land
Size: 450,000 sq ft

Sitting adjacent to Dublin's Energy Theatre, the MDO/Studio Libeskind-designed No.2 Grand Canal Square takes visitors on a dramatic spatial route.

They are brought from an active public realm, through a soaring glazed atrium, to a selection of flexible office suites occupied by international companies such as Capita and RGP.

Anchoring the atrium is 'The Letter Wall', a dramatic art installation rising seven storeys along the atrium's dividing wall with the adjacent theatre. Consisting of one thousand letters, manifesting as reversed negative typesets familiar to traditional hand printing, the installation depicts the ten Thunderwords from James Joyce's Wake.
