Part of a wider MDO-led reconfiguration of the Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Link, a new spa and gym takes inspiration from the surrounding sea and coastline.

The spa's material palette reflects the nearby beaches and dunes. Accents include bleached oak floors and wall paneling, pale green and soft maritime blue fabrics, and clean, crisp white joinery for counters and built-in seating. The lighting design is soft and dimmable for relaxation rooms, with direct lighting for treatment areas in the nail and beauty bar.
