Phase 1 of the Adamstown Boulevard development comprises of 257 no. terraced and semi-detached housing units ranging from 2 to 3-storeys in height.

Open space is proposed including a Pocket Park, and also a Linear Park which stretches from Adamstown Way to Station Road.

The design intent is to create a public realm that residents relate to, brings a community together, and creates opportunities for interactions through active and passive recreation. The public realm will be flexible and responsive to the community’s needs.
