To deliver the fit-out of the Royal Bank of Canada's headquarters in Dublin, MDO activated the crisp interiors with waving hues of blue and aqua, drawing inspiration from the RBC's Blue Water Project which works to provide universal access to clean water.

Designed for the bank's Investor & Treasury Services division, the interior's distinctive graphic scheme has since been adopted as a brand standard across other RBC offices, along with other key elements designed by MDO. The flexible open-plan layout is accompanied by boardrooms, meeting rooms, phone booths, a canteen, tea station, staff changing rooms, communication and project rooms, and refurbished landlord restroom areas.
