At Adelphi House, MDO redeveloped and rejuvenated a 1970s office block in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, creating a contemporary mixed-use living and working environment for the coastal town.

Commanding a prominent location in the town centre, Adelphi House has been given a new identity through a modern façade of stone and glass, while internal renovations offer bright office space and retail accommodation. Above, an innovative design process created ‘glass box’ duplex penthouse apartments, accessing stunning panoramic views across Dublin Bay.
