Part of a broader redevelopment of the Belfield Office Park, MDO reimagined the shared entrance and facilities for several office blocks, and new open plan offices for Block 4, without compromising existing workspaces used by large tenants including PaddyPower-Betfair.

A memorable entry is created by a south-facing double-height reception area, without impeding on the private first floor meeting spaces above. Meanwhile, a contemporary palette of materials and graphics continues through a new coffee shop, lift lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, and changing facilities.
