The core of the works are the deep retrofit and extension of Blocks 1, 2 & 3 to create a HQ standard building on par with any new inner city development. To facilitate this, phases 1 and 2 improved existing facilities on the site, including a full shell and core upgrade to Block 4, to allow the 1, 2 & 3 tenant to temporarily decamp during the main works.
Adding shelter to the courtyards was one of the primary additions as part of the Masterplan works to provide more usable and inviting spaces for tenants to congregate.

Crisp and contemporary design adding character to the courtyard space.
THE GARDEN PAVILION
Comfortable, relaxing and bright space where people can eat, socialise or gather for an event.
A key consideration throughout the design process was to ensure there would be adequate access and proposals for the cleaning and maintenance of not just the new structures, but for the existing buildings also.
