St. Helen’s III focuses on creating a wide variety of residential typologies, with 153 houses, and 44 apartments.

There are a range of typologies including houses, duplexes and apartments. Within these there are further variations of size and layout to suit the future needs of different user types.

Throughout the proposed scheme there is a variety of open spaces, each different in nature, that offer a mixture of unique environments for the future residents of all 3 sites to enjoy.

Building heights vary across the site ranging from 2 and 3 storey houses and duplexes. The apartment building sits at 4 storeys accommodation over 1 storey under croft.

A mix of materiality and architectural style is proposed within each character area. Special treatment is proposed for the landmark and flexible use buildings which adds variety and interest to the development.
